Description:
EDANS is a bright fluorescent labeling reagent for modification of proteins and carbohydrates. The EDANS-DABCYL fluorophore-quencher pair is commonly used as a resonance energy transfer pair for peptidase substrate (FRET) analysis. See references below for more information.

Application:
Can be used with EDANS-DABCYL M0530, M0532 fluorophore-quencher pairs for labeling peptides and monitoring endo-peptidase activities.
