M0952 - pSV40β Mammalian lacZ Expression Vector

CAS Number: [N/A]

Unit Price (USD): 20 ug $127.05

Bulk Price/unit (when you buy 5 or more): $127.05

Description:
Common eukaryotic expression vector, pSV40β, expresses the full-length β-galactosidase gene under the control of simian virus 40 (SV40) early promoter. Very useful for transfection of mammalian cells in culture and for use in other species.

Note:

Full Length Sequence Data

Restriction Sites

Application:
The β-galactosidase enzyme expression is enhanced by elements including: SD/SA-RNA splice donor and acceptor sequence, and SV40 late polyadenylylation signal. pSV40β expression vector also contains β-lactamase, which acts as a selection marker (100 ug/ml ampicillin resistance) in E. coli host. See also our pCMVβ vector system, M0951.
