Description: Sensitive fluorogenic substrate for leucine aminopeptidase which releases a bright blue fluorescent dye, 7-amino-4-methylcoumarin M1059 upon enzyme activity (excitation 380nm emission 440nm).
Note: Abs = 380nm/ Em = 440nm (after leucine aminopeptidase cleavage)
Application: Sensitivity of this enzyme using fluorescence detection is greatly increased over other methods such as 4-Methoxy-naphthylamide (pNA) assays.
