Description:
Employs the highly sensitive substrate fluorescein di-β-D-galactopyranoside (FDG, M0250), a di-β-galactoside conjugate of the dye fluorescein to more effectively detect E. Coli and other coliforms through both basal and induced β-galactosidase activity.
