Description

Amine-reactive fluorescent probe for peptide or protein conjugation.

Amine-reactive long-wavelength fluorescent probe for use in peptide or protein conjugations. The dye has a fluorescence emission at about 670 nm, but the fluorescence is pH dependent (pKa of 7.6) with optimal fluorescence above the pKa value.
