Description

Membrane permeable analog of the primary substrate for the firefly luciferase light producing system with 30% higher light intensity.

This membrane permeant derivative of the common firefly luciferase substrate produces 30% higher light intensity. It is extremely useful for in vivo analysis of cloned luciferase activity in whole animal studies.
