Supplied as a 1 mM solution in anhydrous DMSO, ready for use.

LysoLive™pH-Sensor Green is a new membrane permeant live cell stain that is targeted in the cell to acidic organelles, including lysosomes, autophagocytic vescicles and peroxisomes. Our LysoLive™pH-Sensor Green probe is virtually non-fluorescent at physiological pH values in the cytosol, but becomes much more fluorescent when it accumulates in acidic environments. The pKa of LysoLive™pH-Sensor Green is similar to other commercially available lysosomal probes such as LysoSensor™ Green DND-189 at about 5.4. Our new probe exhibits improved loading and staining characteristics to existing pH sensors. It is supplied in DMSO that can be diluted directly into media or PBS to obtain working solution.
